CANCELLATION POLICY
to avoid fees, cancellations and reschedulings must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or booking. if you cancel or reschedule on the same day of your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked tan will apply. failure to attend your scheduled appointment or booking without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the booked tan. everyone receives ONE grace period before the policy will be enforced. a new tan cannot be booked until balances from canceled and missed appointments are paid off.
